Nowadays we could see most of the people studied engineering. The reason is to get a job which offers huge money. But the fact is now no one companies offering huge salary for engineers. Why? The main reason is the one who did engineering is named engineer in the level of naming only. This is because of education system. Here nobody is available to teach what is engineering, instead they are loading index, content, questions and answer. We could not create any engineers without practical knowledge. Practical knowledge? Yeah! Practical knowledge is not given to the engineers except few. Here the few people who are all self interest only learning it. Increasing practical knowledge will help to create engineers. How? Teachers should aware of what they are delivering. Reading the contents in the book will not help to create engineer, so teachers should change themselves as engineers.
